Easy to do, but is not smart
It’s so easy to throw people’s mistakes in their face. Here’s the caution with that: Your day is coming…and many more after that.
We all make mistakes and there is not a sane person on the planet that doesn’t wish they could go back and change them. The point is we can’t so what is the purpose of rubbing it in someone’s face?
Not only is it really dumb, it is horrifically damaging to any relationship you have and that includes with yourself. Allow guilt to draw you to say you’re sorry and make every attempt to not repeat the same mistake. If you have a mess to clean up from a mistake you made…then clean it up. That’s another facet of maturity.
As we say where I’m from…go mow your own backyard when you feel the need to judge someone else’s mistakes. Look at your own issues and refuse to dwell on what someone else did. It’s in the past. Heal from the pain and leave it where it belongs….way back there.
Love you guys! -Teresa
